We have assisted dozens of lake groups and their municipalities in passing local ordinances restricting wake-enhanced boating to protect their waterways

Every week we receive multiple contacts seeking help with developing and implementing local regulations.

In addition to ordinances enacted by Wisconsin towns and villages, the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians issued an emergency rule banning any operation of wake boats within the exterior boundaries of the Lac du Flambeau Reservation as of April 2024.
