If you see an ATV/UTV on Presque Isle roads

ATV/UTVs are not legal on Presque Isle roads until signage is up and several Vilas County departments approve the ordinance, neither of which has happened.They are not legal at all on roads in Boulder Junction, Manitowish Waters, or Winchester.

If you see an ATV or UTV on roads in any of these towns, please call the Vilas County Sheriff's office at 715-479-4441 and the DNR tip line 1-800-847-9367. All that's needed is the registration # which should be posted on the back of the vehicle and its location and time/day you saw it.
